"I am a 72er preparing my body to do the Tankwa Karoo Camino walk in September this year: a 265 km walk over 10 days, at ave 26 km p d. I consulted Debbie on a concern related to my right knee. After a 45min session, and arriving home, I could get out of my car (leading with right leg) with the use of that knee with great ease and confidence. In addition, I was hugely surprised by a major positive emotional shift on a longish standing matter. I am sure Debbie's expertise and experience coupled with basic and warm human-to-human (vs client-to-practitioner), holistic and integrated approach did the magic for me... in this case. There is still a way to go. As in life: The journey ("camino") is the purpose. It is comforting to have discovered Debbie and(!) team."
